    We were one of maybe five tables during Minnesota Restaurant Week. There were no staff members at the front to seat us for quite a while. We had to specially ask for the restaurant week menu as it was not the one handed to us as we sat down. The wait staff never asked how our food was and only checked in once every 20 minutes or so, and was very short when doing so, but was chatty and attentive with the table next to us. The food was very tasty, but the service left a poor impression, unfortunately.

    noa is one of my go-to restaurants for lunch in downtown Minneapolis because of its proximity to the office, consistently good food and outstanding service.

    Overall nice dining experience. The food was very good. The sweet potato gnocci was unique and yummy. The service was mediocre. Just very slow. The server had a lot of tables, all far apart so check ins were not frequent.

    We had a business meeting and had requested a quiet area in my reservation. They said they couldn’t accommodate us even though for most our our lunch there was a side room with open tables. They put us at a high top table near the bar area. Half of us could not hear the conversation for the entire lunch. Don’t go there for a business lunch.

    Our server Katie was amazing and funny however we didn’t feel the food was worth the price. Salmon with no real sides just squash underneath it. Only 2 tacos per order.

    The hostess sat us at our table and we waited for over an over. Our server came over one time for our drink order. We never got our drinks and didn’t even have an opportunity to order any food. We then left after an hour and our server came and apologized for “not coming around sooner”.

    Would definitely recommend going for happy hour as the value you get for the food and drinks is great! We got the shrimp tacos, turkey burger and French onion crock in which all were really good. Our only negative was that the service could have been better.
