Noble Experiment is a small, intimate cocktail bar located behind a secret door inside of Neighborhood restaurant at 777 G St. San Diego, CA 92101. Reservations for 4 or less are accepted as early as two weeks in advance. Large party reservations can be made through our reservations team at info@nobleexperimentsd.com. Walk-ins are welcome based upon availability.

                Ordered without menu but the bartender did an amazing job at creating an outstanding drink. Would definitely come back for another surprise drink!

                I had a great experience! The bartender was amazing and the drinks served according to our taste preferences was an amazing concept. However the lady at the front who showed us to our seat was quite rude and standoffish. Her tone seemed very irritated and a couple of times while we were seated at the bar she just told us to keep our legs out of the aisle in a very rude way. It could have been put more politely.

                Absolutely amazing! The NE is an interesting concept and absolutely kills it! The atmosphere was phenomenal, the music was on point, and the bartender magician, she was incredible! NE is a true experience to be had!!!

                Came with my boyfriend and best friends as a double date for my boyfriend's birthday! It was the dealer's choice that night! Josh was our bartender, and he was excellent! The drinks he made for us were delicious! This night was even more special because my boyfriend proposed here! The staff was kind and played our song when my fiance proposed! Definitely will come back! ♡♡♡♡
