   窓から見える景色はお花がいっぱい。レストランの中も重厚なしかしエレガントな装飾で詩「御姫様気分」が味わえます。馬車に乗った人や、そぞろ歩きの方々が写真を撮っているのが見え、レストランの中ではゆっくりとした時間が流れます。 ナイアガラフォ―ルズからオンザレイクまで、冬のシーズンに入ったためwegoの連絡バスはなかったようで、タクシーで行きましたが、行って良かったと心から思えるところでした。果物の盛り付けもとても美しく、スムージーも美味しかったです。余談ですが、ここのトイレがまた素敵！一見の価値あり。レストランからトイレに行くまでお部屋になっているのですが、イギリス王朝を思い出させる素敵な空間でした。

   Have been guest of the Prince of Wales hotel and always enjoyed our stays. Noble dining room has always been great with good food and great servers. Fred leads the pack as their talented sommelier who is superb and one of the main reason we dine at Noble. Frank and Graham are also excellent. We missed Ana for breakfast but Michelle did an excellent job. If you want to experience a little bit of going back in time The Prince of Wales is the place to go and Noble and Churchill's their pub, make this a great place to enjoy wine from an extensive list, great staff and comfortable rooms.

   The service was excelent and hats off for the gentlemen who served us. The food looked very well but I found the taste was not at the standard it used to be before at this place. Maybe it is me as I am a gourmand and I cook at home. The high actual value was given by the place, ambiance and the service.

   The food was outstanding. Everything I had, from the signature cocktails, to the scallops, then the rainbow trout, and the creme brulee were top notch dishes. Our server Taylor was attentive and knowledgeable without being overbearing. My only complaint, if it could be called that, is that the scallops appetizer was to big, It could have been eaten as a meal by itself. Thank you to everyone at Noble for providing a wonderful experience.

   We stayed at this hotel and enjoyed the ease of eating without leaving the premises. The food was good - not outstanding, especially for the price. For example the Brassica Salad had a very bland dressing. The mains (trout and steak) were very good but not exceptional. I was surprised that the by-the-glass wine was served already poured. No opportunity to see the bottle. (Remember this restaurant is in wine country and the price was $28 or so for 9oz.)

   This was a romantic evening for us and the dinner did not disappoint, great table and excellent service from Victoria. We enjoyed the food, well prepared and excellent presentation. We would definitely recommend.

    We had the best servers. Friendly and attentive. We had the best table. Private and right by a window, so a really pretty view. The food was fabulous. And the town of Niagara of the lake is a must see.
