   Our first Nobu exceeded my expectations! Joel gave us great Saki recommendations. The view at 7pm of the shore is beautiful!

   First time here and it won't be my last. My family and I had a great time. Service was super attentive. Food came out faster than expected and tasted awesome. Drinks were amazing and worth every penny. Absolutely the best restaurant in AC

   Our server Pim was the best!!! This is our second time there and she recommended a bunch of great dishes. We told her what we liked and didn’t like and she ordered for us based on that. Every dish she brought out was amazing. The food is so fresh and light. Everything was bursting with flavor! The wagyu dumplings were out of this world. The scallop crudo is hands down the best I’ve ever had. The cocktails are also incredible. We truly had the best time.

   We were seated promptly, but it took about 10 minutes before a server approached our table—only to hand us drink menus. She left without taking any orders and didn’t return for another 10 minutes. When she did, she seemed surprised that we were ready to order cocktails after such a wait. After that, we received our food menus, placed our order, and were served our edamame appetizer—before any drinks had arrived. For reference, we ordered two martinis, two beers, and one old fashioned. The restaurant was moderately busy, but nothing a place like Nobu shouldn’t have been able to handle. At 7:45, we were offered Wagyu dumplings, which we accepted—only to be told 10 minutes later that they were no longer available. This was especially confusing, considering we were told food would “arrive as ready.” If that were the case, it’s unclear how they ran out so suddenly.

   The incredible experience in Nobu AC starts as you walk in and are greeted by energetic and welcoming hosts. The place itself is fancy and if you seat by the window, you can have a beautiful view of the ocean. The food and service is outstanding. We eat as the Japanese do with the many different small plates. We love the shishito pepper in miso sauce, the wagyu beef dumplings, the tuna tataki, the tiradito among others. Our favorite hot dishes are the lobster amazu and the beef tobanyaki. We end with sushi and the amazing Nobu doughnuts for dessert. I highly recommend Nobu in Caesars AC.
