Before my reservation, I was really looking forward to celebrating my 34th birthday at Norma. I booked a reservation in advance for 9:45 PM, but unfortunately, my party and I weren’t seated until an hour later—even though we arrived 25 minutes early to make sure we were on time for our reservation. As someone excited to experience all the great things I’d heard about your restaurant, I was disappointed with the customer service. No accommodations were offered while we waited, despite our patience and understanding after being informed that the restaurant was overbooked. The long wait left my party and me feeling drained, and sadly, it impacted what should have been a positive and memorable celebration. Thank you for taking the time to hear my feedback.

Good food and cocktails, but it turns into a club at 9pm so for our 8:30 pm dinner reservation they turned the music up to full blast while people were all eating dinner. So we couldn’t hear eachother at all 30 minutes into dinner and we weren’t allowed to order from the full cocktail menu at our dinner table after 9 pm either even though the place was only about 25% full. Beautiful restaurant and great food— just not the vibe we were wanting or expecting.

It was my first time dining here and the experience was exceptional! Seemed like a slower night for the restaurant but nonetheless the vibes were amazing. Shawn our server was the absolute best at giving us some suggestions of house favorites for drinks and food. The Fried 1/2 Honey Chicken was mouth watering alongside the crab fried rice. I will definitely dine here again in the near future.

Norma offers an upscale experience with the most welcoming atmosphere. It was my cousin and I’s first time on the west coast, and the staff at Norma made sure that we had the most amazing time! Food was delicious, and the service was even better. We’re already planning our next trip to California with the intention of making Norma our number one stop. Oh, and don’t skip out on the mocktails! Definitely worth a try!

Absolutely loved my experience at Norma! The fried rice was out of this world—fluffy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite was a delight. The waitstaff was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing meal. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving delicious food and top-notch service! I’ll definitely be back!

My friends and I dined here for Sunday Brunch! It was an awesome experience and the staff was nice and courteous. We will definitely be back on our next trip to LA. Ask for Fabio as your waiter…I promise you won’t be disappointed.
