   Another excellent meal at Noroc. The Salad Nicoise was delicious and the Garlic Shrimp were amazing. Thank you to our amazing server Benjamin.

   This was honestly the most beautiful and romantic spot I’ve ever been too. The view, the low sound level, and the food is amazing. Truly gorgeous if you want to experience an amazing fine dine downtown.

   Un buen lugar, me parece que debería haber más atención por parte de los meseros y no ser tan insistentes con su hora de cierre, pues si uno está consumiendo se convierte de mal gusto

   Hola Javier, apreciamos que nos compartiera sus sugerencias, con gusto las tomaremos en consideración para mejorar nuestra atención, lamentamos que su experiencia no fuera lo esperado sin embargo nuestro personal pretendía tomar sus pedidos antes del cierre de cocina y barra, tenga en cuenta que se maneja un horario de servicio donde también caja necesita hacer el corte del día para finalizar, con gusto podemos recibirle nuevamente en un horario más temprano para que pueda disfrutar de su visita más tiempo y sin presiones considerando el horario de servicio del restaurante. Apreciamos su comprensión al respecto.

   Desde la entrada todo fue fatal, no se si llamarlo discriminación o solo falta de servicio, a los que entraron antes y después de nosotros les dieron un cóctel de bienvenida y a nosotros no. Nos sentaron en una mesa que ni siquiera tenía centro de mesa. Compramos una botella de vino y botellas de agua las cuales tardaron más de 25 min en llevar a la mesa ni siquiera el agua pudieron llevar en los primeros 15 min. La hostess y el primer mesero fueron fatales en su atención. Nos tomaron la orden de alimentos y nunca nos comentaron los faltantes por lo que tuvimos que elegir nuevamente platillos por qué no había lo que solicitamos Para nuestra buena suerte se acercó un mesero de nombre Benjamin y gracias a él pudimos tener un momento agradable el se encargó de escuchar nuestra mala experiencia desde nuestra llegada y se encargó de nuestro servicio gracias a eso pudimos pasar la noche con mejor ánimo.
