I always love going to North Italia. The staff is friendly and the manager is engaging. Our server Zach was very attentive and friendly. Great service. The food is always excellent! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Very friendly and cordial staff. Service was excellent. Ambiance comfortable and cozy. Food was delicious and Proprietary Red Blend wine was excellent. I will return again.

We had a reservation and there were quite a few booths open. So, we asked for a booth and were told no. One was right next to us and was vacant until a short time before we left and they sat 2 people there. Our table was right in front of the door which was not good because it was a cold night and windy. We eat here often and were very disappointed that our request was not honored!

I live close to north italia so we have dinner there often. I love their food but they can’t ever seem to get the order right. They make it up to you by taking it off the bill but still…it throws off the dinner experience when one person at the table is waiting on the correct food. This has happened to us multiple times. I still love it though which is why I gave them 4 stars.

Great location and ambiance. Food was surprisingly mediocre. Had the lasagna but not traditional meat sauce…used short rib meat.
