   The cuisine was superb especially the duck filled pasta and the unique cacio e pepe .Have been to Rome many times and just love the creativity I witnessed at your restaurant. Service was very very good but perhaps in the future you will get a full on sommelier…so we could have discussed some of the wine on the wine list.We had a lovely Barolo which really complemented the pasta and I would have enjoyed knowing more about it.All in all a really enjoyable evening!

   The role was very tightly done in an upscale manner. The service was exceptionally good, and the food was was excellent. Very novel, dishes and presentations. We had to tiramisu for dessert and it was a unusual presentation but absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend it. Another great addition to the Miami and Wynnwood food scene.

   Best service that you could imagine. Not just from our server, Martha, but the entire staff. The food was phenomenal. It’s great if you’re looking for somewhere calm and not loud. The only thing I can say badly- do not take the tiramisu to go. It’s probably amazing if you eat it in house, but I took it to go. That was my bad. Eating the tiramisu a couple hours later tasted like soggy cream cheese and raw coffee grounds.

   Extraordinary fine Italian dining based on Roman cuisine re-interpreted by Michelin starred chefs from Tenerife in Spain. Uova in Parmesan foam had an intense flavor, drawn out by using very little cream in the foam. Beef tartare with shaved truffles and truffle sauce was excellent. Cacio e Peppe was made with pasta that had been briefly smoked on a wood fire; the pecorino flavor in the sauce was intense. It is the best Cacio e Peppe I’ve ever had. The restaurant has only been open for two weeks and it’s already the best Italian restaurant in Miami.

   We made a reservation for lunch. Got there after a long Uber ride to find out they are closed for lunch!! Horrible experience. Manager called apologizing and blamed it on Opentable.

   No Bronzino no veal Parmesan No Caesar salad, but if you like Italian food, this is the best experience in Miami you can find food was outstanding so was the service so was the wine highly recommend recommended
