NUSA means island in Indonesian. Our chef Wayan comes from Nusa Penida, a beautiful island off the coast of Bali. At our beautiful harbourside terrace, you will find an unique atmosphere. A little Bali feeling with an original Bali temple in the Caribbean.
Our concept: Guests can order a 5, 7 or 9 dishes rice table. There is a choice of 16 delicious, freshly made dishes. We have a number of classics on the menu such as sateh and rendang. Indonesian soups and desserts are also on the menu.
Of course, we also have tasty vegetarian dishes.
Wayan cooks everything fresh in her own kitchen, with an emphasis on healthy and nutritious food. The rich spice mixes give an enormous explosion of flavor in the food. We cook pure nature therefor WITHOUT msg, vetsin or asinomoto (flavor enhancers).
