Located in Paia, Maui, we invite you to dine in our intimate, all Chef's Table dining room. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-9 courses and range from $200-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $200 per guest, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow at least 2.5 hours for dinner. Allergies or dietary restrictions must be made known to the restaurant when reservation is made. If dietary restrictions are presented without notice, we will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate them but can make no guarantees.

3年前、予約をしていましたが、お店の水道が壊れたと言う事で食事できませんでした。やっとマウイ島に来ることができ、待ちに待った食事でした。素材は良いものを使っているとは思いますが、ソースの味に旨みや深みがなく、正直、凄く美味しいとは思えませんでした。ペアリングのワインも普通でした。また、パンが6品のコース料理の1品となっているのにも驚きました。最後のデザートはとても美味しかったです。値段に見合う食事とは思えず、少し残念でした。

An unforgettable dining experience! Everything was truly incredible... and Jeremy and Paulina were really great! A must when you visit Maui. I'll definitely be back.

Absolutely epic meal tucked away in an unexpected location. All the courses were phenomenal but the a5 wagyu definitely stole the show. Great service and fun vibe, one of the better meals we’ve ever had!

A hidden gem and deserving of a Michelin Star. A small and intimate restaurant made welcoming by Paulina who commands the front of the house. The food is memorable….Jeremy’s passion shines through in the quality of the food and the artful plating. Locally sourced ingredients are front and center; the skillful use of herbs and spices, provide a “ party on the palette”. One normally expects French cuisine to be laden with healthy amounts of butter, not the case here. Sauces are rich in flavor without being heavy. A great dining experience, that should not be missed.

What an amazing experience! Pauline and Jeremy are gracious hosts, offering a one of a kind culinary tour. Wonderfully creative and elegant, without being fussy or pretentious they offer a deep dive into the world of fine dining.
