   We Love O&E and enjoy bringing our friends from out of town to visit! Thank you for the lovely Birthday greetings for my girlfriend! You always have a fabulous way of making people feel special! Christina was outstanding as always going the extra mile to please and serve us. The Oysters tonight were fresh and oh so yummy! The salmon always prepared just the way we like it! Moist and tender! The “hot towels” after the seafood course was an added delight…a real touch of class on top of the linens…a welcomed step above the ordinary! Two suggestions… if you could add a few more graham crackers to the S’More desert it would be appreciated to help facilitate all the yummy! Also, the Chocolate Gelato was out of this world! May we suggest adding a special additional flavor such as Coconut Gelato? It would be a dynamite combo! Thank you Caroline for making it possible to seat us earlier than we expected…we appreciate all the O&E team out front and behind the scene… Kudos for another awesome dining experience!    We celebrated a birthday and they put a card on the table and some festive gold confetti. The food was excellent, especially the wagyu filet, service was very good . It is a little on the loud side due to the high ceilings, but we still enjoyed our meal and would come back again.

   We regularly go to Oak and Ember. We always request one of Erica’s tables. Her personality and genuine demeanor makes our dining experience perfect. The food is very tasty and Erica takes the time to learn the food preferences of her guests. She is extraordinary.

   The food is always amazing, but the service was lacking. We had a party of 10 and only one server attending to us. Our drinks were emptier faster than she could fill them. The worst part was they started running out of different types of beers not one or twice but three times. The worst part was running out of the wood chips for the old fashioned one of our diners ordered. They said they ran out but during our entrees we watched them lift the cloche off the old finished to reveal a smoked old fashioned. Miscommunication, lie, I am not certain, but we spent 2 hours at the restaurant with the ole Kyle G mandatory tip.

   I have dined at this Oak and Ember on Becker Road many times. It's a great place to go especially for Happy Hour. Sitting outside is the best. So peaceful. Today though, I met 2 other couples for Happy Hour. My drink was not good and one of the small plates I always order, shrimp, was very stingy and extremely hot with red pepper flakes. It was a little disappointing but I'll have to say it may have been an off day.

    Came here with a big group for my dad’s birthday. The reservation team was very accommodating which I appreciated but the service was poor once we sat down & the server realized that we do not drink alcohol. Her entire mood shifted. Didn’t come by the table often, was impatient on us ordering, food took forever to come out, and she completely forgot our side dishes when our steaks came out. The sides dishes came out well after we finished our steaks and she didn’t even apologize or offer to comp the side dishes due to her error. They did give my dad a small peanut butter cup for his birthday (didn’t even ask if he had a nut allergy) but thankfully he didn’t so it was a nice gesture. When the bill came, they charged us 100% on a service charge…. I had to ask her to fix the check two times and finally she had a manager help. Our experience was very poor and I’ve been in the service industry for years. Maybe it was a fluke or maybe the server was new.. either way, we didn’t have a pleasant experience with the restaurant but still had a good time being with family. I would try coming here again, maybe a smaller group would be a better experience
