    Food and service were terrific. Loved the ramen vegetarian soup. The rolls looked amazing. Will try them next time. Highly recommend.

    Delicious sushi, sashimi, hand rolls! We also had nap buns, calamari and ramen which were ALL delicious as well. Vivian was a fantastic server and made my 50th birthday dinner great!

    The food was good. The problem was that we were a little early for our reservation and asked if they could seat us early. They said no problem and proceeded to seat many other parties and we were not seated until 15+ minutes after our reservation time.

    Great place for sushi. This is one of our go to spots for sushi. The nigiri and maki rolls are delicious and fresh. The ramen is ordinary, not spectacular.

    Table was super small. Drinks & food took a while to come out despite the restaurant not being busy. But food & drinks were good, but was there quite a while unexpectedly.

    We had a great experience tonight at Obon. Isaiah did an outstanding job with the pace of our meal and made us feel like valued customers during our entire visit. The food was delicious, and we love the location and ambiance at their Scottsdale location!

    We decided to try the crispy rice sampler trio. We do not recommend that dish as the rice was hard and chewy not chrispy. Our server was apparently new and did not know what he was doing. We sat for a very long time after we got our waters and every time after he would check in, we would wait again for a long time. Only partially would get what we ordered and dinner took a very long time. The manager was aware and came over and comped our meal. So overall the experience wasn’t great, but we definitely appreciated the customer service we received at the end. Vivian was in training and once she noticed our poor service she stepped up and took care of what items we were missing. She made up for what was a frustrating dinner.
