    I don’t think we will go back- the service was incredibly (painfully) slow, and our steaks were not great. We ate in the bar which was quite busy. Our drinks took quite a while to arrive, as well as our appetizers. Then our entrees came out (our salads didn’t make it) which were not impressive. The manger offered to comp the salads since they would come out after our entrees which was nice. Our appetizer sushi roll was great, but my steak had an unappealing texture, little flavor, and was no where near as good as other steaks I’ve had there in the past. The side of mushrooms weren’t as good as they usually are either. Over all, our meal took 2.5 hours and, ultimately, the manager did not comp the salads- we would have said something, but we’d already been there for much longer than we’d anticipated and wanted to leave.

    Had dinner during restaurant week. The food was excellent as usual along with the service. 1/2 off on Wines by the bottle (Sundays) an add bonus !!!

    Came there for restaurant week and sat at the bar . The restaurant week menu was never presented and the menu was behind the bar. I was presented with the regular menu and there was no mention of the RW or special menu presented. No one at the bar was given the choice based on others that came in after me. I asked for the glass of the Malbec from the drink menu at 26/ glass. I received the bill for 29/glass for a diff wine . Not a big difference but I tipped anyway and figured I would make my thoughts known on the review. Luckily, the General Mgr Derek did reach out and I was able to explain my experience. I was pleasantly pleased that he took the time out of his day to understand my perspective. That doesn't happen too often these days and super appreciate the effort.

    We go to Ocean Prime two to three times a year and absolutely love our experience every single time! Christian was our lead server and provided a memorable experience for my Sweetheart and our two boys before the hockey game!~!
