   On arrival our table wasn’t reserved but that was ok as at that time they were able to accommodate us. The food order took nearly 2 hours. After multiple chasing it was realised that they hadn’t started our food. When it did arrive some of it was cold and 1 dish the skewers was a skewer unlike the multiple the name suggested and the multiple in the picture. This was replaced. Prior to that they tried to deliver someone else’s order to our table. When I pointed out that it wasn’t ours (and I believe I was very polite), the staff member said well who’s is it then and don’t you realise how busy we are. Clearly disorganised. Upstairs where all the brunches were taking place, the bar was staked high with used crockery. The whole place looked a mess.
