Welcome to DTC & Greenwood Village’s Oliver’s Italian where we’re transforming what neighborhood dining is all about. Indulge in Oliver’s fresh, Italian-inspired dishes like our Roman-style pizza, Pinsa, flavorful pasta like Pasta Limone or Spicy Vodka, and fresh seasonal salads. Oliver’s features East & West coast oysters straight from our farm, delicious small plates & appetizers to share.

For just 10 days, Denver’s best restaurants come together to offer exclusive, chef-curated menus at an unbeatable price. This is your chance to experience Oliver’s Italian like never before—3 courses of delicious, Italian for just $45 per person! Start with a tasty appetizer like Calamari Fritti or our Whipped Ricotta & Truffle Honey served with Artisan Bread, then indulge in rich flavors, like Spicy Vidka Rogatoni, Filet Mignon or Pan-Seared Sea Scallops. Finish your meal with a choice of Blood-Orange Olive Oil Cake or fruity Sorbetto Al Limone, and savor the moment—all in our warm, inviting atmosphere. But hurry! This special menu is only available from March 7-16, and reservations fill up fast.

Join us for an unforgettable evening of wine, music, and good vibes! Purchase your ticket now for Oliver's Vino on the Terrace happening the last Wednesday of every month from 5:30-7 PM. A different theme and different wines every time! Your ticket is inclusive of service fee and includes samplings of 10 exquisite wines, Aperol Spritz or other crafted cocktails, and lite bites in a lively, mix-and-mingle setting. Enjoy Live Music with DJ Fabio or Guitarist Jennifer to set the mood. (This is not a sit-down dinner.) After the vino, we’d love you to join us for dinner - advance reservations highly recommended! (Reservations must be made in addition to ticket purchase.) A portion of the ticket proceeds will benefit the Blue Island Oyster Foundation (501(c)(3) whose mission is to protect Long Island waterways & environment through education, community involvement and outreach.

When we arrived Noah greeted us , very pleasant young man. Took us to our table and explained that our server who we requested would not be there for about 15 minutes( we arrived early) Anther server (Sam)came by and got us some water and told us if we needed anything before Jay( server we requested) got there she would be happy to help. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and there was a card on the table. Jay arrived and as always such a delightful individual. He stopped by frequently explained, explaining all the Monday specials. The food was delicious and the service outstanding.

Food was good, but could’ve been better for the price. Service was good at entry but our server wasn’t the greatest, hung around for tip, just kind of awkward in approach and conversation and a bit uncomfortable. Atmosphere was best part for sure.

Enjoyed lunch here for the first time. Can’t wait to return for dinner. Food was great. Service was great. Cocktails were great. A nice little find. I didn’t know it was there until I saw it on open table today.

We were looking for a gluten free place to go with some friends that one has celiacs. After reading the reviews we were hopeful that the restaurant had the correct protocols, despite an early review about a mistake. The restaurant had been open a year and a half now and they did wonderful in handling the gluten free food. We all enjoyed our meals greatly. Our waitress Sam was really great. Helped my kids find what drink to order, talked us through ordering. And everything was really good. I really enjoyed that they give you the cheese in a dollop and you can mix it in yourself to your desired amount. My kids couldn't decide on dessert to share so they each asked for and the restaurant happily accommodated a scoop of vanilla gelato. Definitely coming back and we will ask for Sam again!

We had the Burrata Salsa Verde as our appetizer, a salad and 2 main courses of tomato basil spaghetti and Chicken Limone, along with dessert. We split our meal and still took home leftovers. We also each had 1 cocktail. I had the Bel Fiore cocktail which was vodka with violet liqueur it was delicious. Our entire meal was very good and we had excellent service. Our bill was $122 before tip. We will definitely go again.

Overall, it was a nice experience. Appetizers were great, we had the mussels and burratta...it was busy since it was Valentine's weekend...Service was great, Angelina did a fantastic job. My main complaint was that my son and I shared the two filets and a pizza and the filets were pretty much cold as were the 2 shrimp scampi that came with it. It seemed like they had been sitting in the window too long. That was a bit disappointing. My fault for not letting them know, didn't want to cause an issue. We also had the rigatoni with vodka sauce and the risotto and branzino at our table which were all good as well. I have been there a handful of times and always had great service...sometimes the food is inconsistent would be my only complaint. Love the atmosphere and service is always great which I can't say for many restaurants these days. I do recommend Olivers.
