We are a team of young and inspired professionals taking down the walls between kitchen and guests and taking you on a culinary adventure. Immerse yourself in a progressive tasting menu focusing on the simple, yet luxurious, ingredients around the world with deep inspiration from Japanese cuisine.

We challenge the seasons, navigate beyond the limits of time and break with tradition— getting playful with process and tricky with techniques at the intersection of place and possibility.

At Ômo we offer a unique and exclusive experience to only 16 guest at a time. The journey starts in the living room with a welcome drink and snacks, then you are transported into the main counter overlooking the kitchen where you will enjoy all the savory bites in an interactive environment. At the end, you will transition to the pastry parlor to continue your experience with sweet bites and after dinner drinks.

Experience a culinary adventure featuring a curated display of the best ingredients from around the world! Watch our chefs and service team glide around as you indulge in our finest ingredients and luxuries. To celebrate the beginning of Summer, our team has been working on offering a more personalized and customizable experience for our guests. In doing so we are now offering three different menus with three different price points in which you can further elect for enhancements to truly create a dining experience that is right for you and your guests. You can choose between The Excursion, The Journey or The Jaunt. We kindly request that each guest in their respective party agree on the same menu tier.

The Journey begins at $395 and The Jaunt starts at $595. The 8:45PM seating will only offer The Jaunt experience with a midnight toast! What a elevated dining experience! We enjoyed the concept of different rooms for different courses. The small bites and tastes throughout the experience but we all left feeling very full even packaging leftover desserts. Dining was a fun and interesting evening. They had a unique take on Fall comfort foods and bright citrus to recognize our citrus state. The menu included beef, pork, and seafood. The staff is attentive without an ounce of pretension. Their attention to food was amazing but their attention to the guests was outstanding.

Let me start by noting that the staff is amazing, professional, helpful, friendly and they move like a well oiled machine. The experience starting with champagne at the bar area and the small bites with multiple layers of flavor and texture prepare the pallet and your head for an adventure. Moving into the kitchen/main dining area you feel you’re a participant as each chef and each of the wait staff explains the course as they’re presented. We opted for the wine pairing which worked perfectly as each dish was paired with a wine that compliments and enhances the dish. You finish in the dessert alcove and it didn’t disappoint a beautiful vino santo wine pairing. It was my wife’s birthday and the little surprises and acknowledgment by the staff made it an a truly amazing evening. I not going to talk about the dishwasher than to say prepare yourself for a taste and texture adventure.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we were in for something special. The warm, inviting atmosphere set the tone for what turned out to be an incredible food tasting. The flavors were bold, yet balanced, showcasing the chef’s talent and passion for their craft. What truly set this experience apart were the personal touches. The staff went out of their way to make us feel like family—not just customers. They took the time to explain the inspiration behind each dish, sharing anecdotes that made us appreciate the food even more. The service was impeccable, with a perfect balance of attentiveness and discretion. Small gestures, like sharing a sip of IWA5 without us even asking and offering a surprise dessert "on the house," made us feel valued and appreciated. It’s rare to find a place that combines incredible food with such heartfelt hospitality. This wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience we can’t wait to relive. We left feeling inspired, completely satisfied, and already eager to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dining experience that goes above and beyond.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Oma by Jont. One of the top meals I have ever had. My wife and I both had the Jaunt and added a white truffle pasta, every single dish was uniquely amazing. Service was outstanding with each staff member obviously dedicated to a phenomenal guest experience. I believe Omo by Jont deserves multiple Michelin Stars and is the perfect destination to celebrate and enjoy an amazing evening.
