The food was fine. I was expecting more flavor, but I concluded that they must cater to all types of people so they keep the flavors mild. The service was excellent! They are very accommodating. The dessert was delicious! It was the lemon cake. The cocktails were good! I will return.

Everything was REALLY good! The cocktails were mixed perfect, the pork plantain tacos were outstanding. The waitstaff were very nice and always with a smile. The food did take too long, but we were having a good time.

We had a great experience! We were celebrating a friend who is getting married and the took excellent care of us. Our server had the right balance of checking in without disturbing the good time we were having. The food....the food!! Absolutely delicious. There was also live music which added to the overall joyful ambience. Orchid 7 is definitely one of my favorite places.

The food is excellent. Without question. You will likely enjoy whatever you order. The jerk pineapple burger is a standout. My issue with them is the noise of the restaurant (the music is up way too loud).

Our first time there .. Convenient location after Cinema , but had to wait 20 min despite reservations. Also noise level made it hard to talk . Food was tasty but a bit overpriced.

Overall a good experience. Food was good. The main issue was the fruit flies we kept having to swat away from our good and drinks. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Waited 20 minutes and no one came to our table, we had to call someone over to help us. Kayla was amazing and helped even when it was not her section. A gentleman with dreads bypassed our table on numerous occasions and never checked in but checked on everyone around us and even checked on a couple that walked in 10 mins after is to ask if they needed anything.

I was disappointed that I couldn’t see the band from my seat. That was the only reason I made reservations for a Friday night. There is a 60-day reservation window. I made reservations at approximately 8:00am on August 19th to make sure I was able to get a table on October 18th. I also sent an email to confirm there would be live entertainment on the 18th. So it was very disappointing that I couldn’t see the band. Thankfully the food was delicious! All four of us loved everything. (Steak, shrimp, salmon wings, black rice and sweet plantains, chocolate cake). Everything was seasoned well. My steak was cooked to the correct temperature. So tasty! I’ll definitely go back. But I’ll call them directly to find out how I can get a table with a view to the band.
