    Absolutely excellent food matched with impeccable service made for an amazing evening. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting with the chef and the staff were extremely accommodating and very mindful of the service while we were there. The food is a great twist on modern dishes with locally sourced ingredients Very creative in the flavors and the presentations

    The place is amazing and "nicey" The menu is small but with great creativity. (Some are complicated) But the food is also great! The best thing was the service, Jay made our night an awesome night with an amazing attitude, patience, recommendations, etc.. We had a great night.

    A five star experience through and through. The food, the live entertainment, the ambiance. Our server, Jay was very attentive and gave excellent recommendations. This was our first time dining at Oro, and it is now on the list of our most favorite restaurants in Miami. Will definitely be back.

    Un lugar muy bonito y cómodo, la atención desde el recibimiento, la atención del personal en todo momento y los alimentos súper lindos presentados. Lástima que la bailarina no luce más que unos pocos segundos en tus áreas . Estaría lindo por las bailarinas que se luzcan más tiempo. En general todo muy hermoso

    Very little food and the price is extremely expensive 🚨 and the service of the person who serves you when you get to the top and say you have a reservation is disgusting, the rest is fine

    The restaurant is beautiful and the vibe is awesome. The service was mediocre at best but mainly the hostess’s. We arrived at the restaurant at 1013 for our 1015 dinner reservation. We checked-in and was asked to wait for our table at the bar which is fine. My wife and I ordered drinks and hung out at the bar. 15 to 20 min roll around and we have yet to be seated, so I go back to the hostess and inquiry about my table. She states that there are 5 groups of 2 still ahead of us and they will sit us at first chance while I see 2 tables of 2 available. I informed her that what is the point of me making a reservation if I can’t get sat in a timely manner especially with a $30 cancellation fee. She responded with we don’t really charge that and some customers came late and for that reason my table is now delayed. I then spoke to the manager and about 5 min later was seated. Our waitress was fabulous and extremely friendly but I assume it’s out of her control but our food took quite sometime to come out. As I previously stated the restaurant iis beautiful and it was a fun atmosphere but due to the long wait and probably hunger the experience was sub par. After all that the nobody on the staff including manager did once apologized or once did anything to make my wife and I feel that they were sorry but instead chose to make excuses (eg. Customers were late and now you have been delayed,).
