Osteria Alberico is a neighborhood Italian haven in Englewood, Colorado. Led by Chef Russell Stippich, the restaurant celebrates Italy’s culinary traditions with Napoletana-style pizza, rustic pastas, and rotating proteins. The inviting atmosphere features an open layout with wood-wrapped banquette seating, deep red leather booths, and a rich soapstone bar. Textures of Italy are present in the white painted brick, custom-forged brass dome light fixtures, and stained wood paneling. Osteria Alberico boasts a comprehensive beverage program, offering a curated selection of Italian wines from benchmark producers and a full bar with classic cocktails, Italian spirits, and amaro.     We went to Osteria for their Valentine's Day menu and the chef showcased a lot of new dishes, such as the oysters, risotto, bucatini plus a new pork cheek protein. Every dish was amazing but the standout was definitely the oysters. These were West Coast oysters from a company run by two brothers in Washington and they were served topped with caviar. My wife and I both said they were the best oysters we've ever had. I hope these are brought back again at some point. Overall, dining at Osteria is top notch and we've never had a bad meal nor experience here and can't recommend the restaurant enough.

    Great experience! Unique dishes, level of hospitality was superb, love the ambiance and lighting. A bit noisy, but everything else outweighed this one negative aspect. Will be back!!
