                                                                                                                                I seldom write bad reviews and we were hoping this would become a nice local Italian for us but were so bitterly disappointed specially since it had so many good reviews but then we were the only Europeans in there and the rest were tourists .. from the start it was bad… the water .. we ordered still mineral water arrived in a dirty plastic bottle which they said came from a filter tap for which they charged £4.50 .. the aubergine starter was microwaved so the dish was hot but not the food which I returned to be reheated and it was stodgy tasteless & not at all good. Their spaghetti which they call romana is thicker than Italian spaghetti and both sauces we chose were thickened & over salted . Why this is considered so highly I have no idea. Even the expresso affogato we had to clean our palette was bitter and its accompanying vanilla icecream full of icicles. We will never go back. Don’t go unless you’ve never eaten good Italian food to know the difference.

                                                                                                                                We visited the restaurant tonight for an authentic Roman dinner. Everything met our expectations and the food was simply delicious. A big thank you to Nikon for his service. He is very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, all you need from a waiter to be.

Die Preise waren jedoch nicht dem Essen entsprechend. Der Service war dem Restaurant auch nicht entsprechend. Es war nett, wir würden jedoch kein zweites Mal dort essen gehen.
