Very delicious food at reasonable price with attentive service and cosy ambience. There were two tables celebrating birthday during our meal, all staff just came out and sang for celebrants, such warm mood in the restaurant. Our server Fabrizio was very friendly and we are grateful that he took good care of us. Must come again soon!

Super small and cozy, authentic Italian. Delicious food with great portions. Also thought the pricing was very reasonable!!

All waiters are extremely rude and didn’t serve customers in a polite manner. The food is way too expensive at this level of quality and overall, this restaurant is not recommended.

I love this restaurant. It has all the feel of a simple trattoria down to the black and white photos of Italy and Early 60's romantic background music. Superb authentic dishes (tripe, oxtail) in a n unburdened menu. Great Italian wine list - several available by carafe as well as whole bottle.. Some dishes to die for. Not cheap - but hey it's Knightsbridge.

Osteria Romana is fabulous. It is situated in quiet side street, and has great ambience. The staff are always welcoming, the food consistently excellent. I personally love their selection of Sicilian wine which work well with the Lamb Chops. It is an easy recommendation, and a local favorite. Enjoy.

Porchetta was way to salty, saltimbocca were ok but not great, pinsa was really good Service was average, people in general quite cold. Not sure I will come back

Good food especially the appetizers. Pasta just standard level. The manager wants to please the customers with what he thinks is right for him instead to adjust to customers wishes. Value for money average.
