何世代にもわたるおもてなしで知られる経営者のElouise Adams Jones（別名Ouisie）は、多岐にわたる南部料理と食事に合った素晴らしいワインリストを提供しています。メインダイニングルームにはテキサスのマナーハウスの雰囲気を醸し出す高い天井とファンがあります。すぐそばに庭園を見渡せるダイニングポーチとCooper’s Wine Binがあり、追加のダイニング＆エンターテイメントエリアを提供します。人気のピメントチーズ、シュリンプ＆グリッツ、ガルフコーストのカキ、受賞歴のあるOuisie特製のチキンフライドステーキとコーンプディング（火曜日のスペシャル）などの伝統的な料理を毎日楽しめます。高級なプライムビーフのテンダーロインやカニ身（super lump）を詰めたウズラのコニャックのグレーズがけなどの日替わりの特別料理は黒板に書いてあります。 毎日のランチとディナー、週末のブランチを提供しています。

    Everything is great except try not to get a table in the side room. It's not as nice of an experience as sitting in the main dining room. This is an outstanding restaurant and has been for a very long time.

    A bit disappointed. We had heard wonderful things about this restaurant but were not impressed. It may have been due to the volume as we went on Valentine’s Day. A few notes: 1. We chose this restaurant as they did not have a limited or prix fix menu per Open Table and their web site. When we arrived they had an abbreviated menu missing some of their more famous menu items. 2. The lobster rolls were completely tasteless. 3. My wife ordered the ribeye medium rare. It was served very rare with no flavor. Services was also slow as drink orders took about 10 minutes. Hopefully a one off experience for this Houston landmark.

    Very nice restaurant, the service and food were excellent. We enjoyed the very pleasant atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable and the menu selection was perfect. Thank you.

    Three 40 year friends, plus the husband of one, celebrated our February birthdays at Ouisie's by choice as each of us has previously dined there. We were not disappointed from the arrival to our exit, to include parking service, greeting by the front clerk and our table server. The food was delicious as expected and served with a smile. The three birthday ladies were treated with a dessert. It was another memorable occasion and I look forward to future visits, soon! A+ service from start to finish! It's a winner!

    Ordered New Orleans Blackened Red Snapper and couldn't eat it as the sauce was awful. It was not Cajun at all. The seasoning was possibly middle-eastern. One spice they used over-powered everything and just wasn't good. Ruined a delicate piece of fish. My Cajun wife agreed. To their credit, the manager offered to bring me something else. Service was very professional.
