We are a contemporary, casual dining steakhouse restaurant beloved worldwide. Currently with 6 restaurants in NSW and 2 in Queensland, we are located at the Aspley Homemaker Center on Zillmere Road. We pride ourselves on serving up variety: our unbeatable steak cuts complemented by delicious choices of chicken, ribs, seafood and pasta at a price for everyone. Our strategy? Management and staff are so attentive, it is an absolute pleasure to dine there. We had the Tomahawk and it was prepared perfectly…. my mouth is watering writing this!!!! It’s a no brainer to return…. Sooner rather than later!

The worse steak i’ve had in my life. I flew from Washington DC just to try the steak and go to the zoo. Ordered the $140 tomahawk steak came out burnt and tasteless. Very very disappointed.

I ordered a well done steak, it was served as medium rare, then after questioning, they served a burned one. It was extremely disappointing. Also the table didn't have cutlery and I had to wait almost 10 min for them to bring them.

Pretty disappointed last night waited over 40 minutes for mains then asked a employee he went and checked and was told they lost our food order then said will be another 10 minutes another 30 minutes later and no one came and asked are our meals ok when they came out they were cold

Our orders took 1.75 hours to arrive, and we had to ask after them twice first time after an hour, and then after another half hour. 3 of our party received and finished their burgers, before the other 3 received their burgers. All were way over-priced for what was basically a hungry jacks burger on a plate with a piece of steak no larger or thicker than the beef patty, half a plate of fries and half a plate of lettuce. We were told they always prepare meals for tables of 2 ahead of tables of 6 - who knows why, but there were a number of peeved off customers on tables of 4 to 6 who got treated as badly as we did, and watched numerous tables of 2 come and go before we even got our meals. Very expensive for such poor service and disappointing meals. We'd been there so long we were contemplating going next door to hungry jacks, and in the end, when the food arrived, we wished we had.
