   We have been here many times and it’s been good before but unfortunately this was our last visit. Too many things wrong. We were a group of 8 and only 3 people got their food as ordered was a disaster. My steak was supposed to be medium but was well done, my sauce wasn’t served wth the steak and when I asked for it I was told by the waitress sorry we are sorting out the other orders that are incorrect, and all our chips were served cold. It’s too much to go into everyone’s food but was just awful which is sad as we have previously had acceptable food here but sadly that’s our last visit.

   It was delightful. Blond young blick was outstanding customer service and the manager (colombian) fellow was just amazing. Thank you for making our night special.

   Unfortunately our experience dinning was under whelming. The steak was over cooked (well done rather than medium), the veggies were not fresh. The loaded baked potatoe was great on the upside. However when we purchased a nice bottle of red wine the server had rushed and placed it on our table not pouring a single glass for us. They did not clean our entree plates up or give us share plates despite asking. Everything felt rushed and this was unfortunate as we were very excited to try this restaurant for our first times and as local gold coasters living walking distance from pacific fair.

   Booking was easy online, lift to get upstairs was great. We had a booth for 3 people which was great. Bloomin onion was delicious - sauce a bit spicy. All 3 steaks were superbly cooked to our liking & can recommend the mushroom sauce! Shared apple crumble which was delicious with yummy caramelisation & a big scoop of vanilla icecream. Service was very good - attentive and speedy. Would happily visit again!

   Always happy with the food, but service is always lacking. I’ve been lots of times and it always feels understaffed.

    I usually enjoy the food here however I ordered the razorback ribs for the first time. There was minimal meat and they were dry so definitely disappointed. Our order was muddled up and our mains were brought out before our entrees. Then our mains 2 out of 4 meals were incorrect. There is definitely a problem between ordering and the kitchen . I ordered a white wine and it was served warm. When I told the bar they didn’t offer me a replacement they offered me ice. So overall it was a really disappointing experience at a restaurant that i usually really enjoy.
