We are a contemporary, casual dining steakhouse restaurant beloved worldwide. Currently with 6 restaurants in NSW and 2 in Queensland, we are located on the Old Windsor Road Parklea. Food was delicious, seated right away. Staff were friendly and efficient and it was great value for money. A little noisy as the restaurant was full but overall thoroughly recommended 👌

Steak came well done when medium was requested, food came with sides missing. Had to keep looking out for staff to help. When asked to bring out chocolate thunder for birthday and sing the server came out to ask what size again and the birthday person knew it was coming. Then it came no singing just delivered to the table.

Best out back steak house I have personally been too. This place is very reliable. Only issue was they forgot to give free refills to my friends for their drinks. This may have been because we ordered via QR code so the servers didn’t need to frequent our table as much. Over all this is a nice place :)

Food was good overall but very disappointed that a "steakhouse" didn't cook the steak to what was ordered. Medium was overdone - the minimum amount of pink was visible. That was the entire reason for us choosing a steakhouse. The rest of the food was sensational. Service started out ok but then dwindled. Nobody asking for drinks orders, nobody asking fir dessert orders, in fact we stayed a very long time awaiting this. It was over half an hour before we finally decided to call someone over for assistance. Most of the waiters seemed to have finished for the night and there were people clearing up, but most customers had left while we waited for service, so no waiters were passing by.

The overall experience was wonderful as per usual. Service was great, food was good and atmosphere was sound. Only complaint is the Garlic Aioli sauce that was asked for on the side tasted off and very bitter.

Overall experience and food great as always. My only gripe and this is not the first time this has happened. Entrees were on the table for maybe 10 mins before they bring out the mains. This seriously spoils it and makes it seem very rushed even though restaurant was no where near capacity. Was forced to either watch my main go cold or try and gulp down the rest of the entree. You need to fix this. I will be back probably, but if this happens again I will never return

The best pork ribs and the bbq sauce is to die for, only negative background music too load, people want to talk, nothing more annoying than having to talk over load music. Being an outback steak house the music should reflect the theme of the restaurant, suggest country music Slim Dusty, Lee Kernigan etc

Okay food, but it relies heavily on sauces for flavour. My wife had the salmon which was quite bland and well overcooked. My chicken and ribs were okay, but the tiny rib-set meant far more bones than meat. We continually had to ask for table water and side plates for starters. Looking around, lots of food is left behind by patrons. Perhaps they could focus less on being a fast food restaurant and go back to providing excellent quality food to match the hefty prices.
