Everything good except the aircon was almost non existent in the part of restaurant where we were seated. Made the experience average, we rushed to get out.

Food as always was grey however yet again the service was lacking dined a few months ago and same. Drinks came out after the food and that's only after asking 5 times what's going on, refills well forget about it comes out as your about to leave food is done and take away, really need to better with the service guys

Our drinks were forgotten but once I reminded them were bought out to us after we had eaten entrees though. The steak was good but for eye fillet a bit fattier than normal. Our seat was also directly under aircon vents so we were a bit cold. Otherwise overall food was good, service was good. Not Our best experience to date but was okay.

Once again food was outstanding, and I will forgive not having the prawn topper on the side like we asked for (it just makes sense to have it on the side as well because the prawn topper sauce is what we get it for, as it is delicious). For an extremely busy Saturday dinner dining period the service was excellent our waitress was polite and even brought our share plates, extra napkins and cutlery. We booked late in the afternoon same day for this time so to get that level of service during such a rush was such a great experience. Great dining experience for our daughter’s 10th birthday! Thank you again Outback Steakhouse Penrith, our family fave!

Staff had to be reminded to bring our drinks (water, wine). They brought the share steaks to out table without the sides - result steak was cold / part congealed by the time sides arrived (which only happened after we asked about them); no plate provided to decant share steak (again, we had to ask); they had to be asked to replenish the empty napkin holder; the sides on plate were cold, indicating sat too long on pass. Waitperson appeared overwhelmed. Meat was good quality and cooked properly however sitting for too long spoilt it. We should not have to remind staff to bring napkins, drinks, sides, crockery etc. Not good enough and ruined a very expensive meal. We were offered a free dessert in compensation but didn't want any more food. An offer of a discount would have been more appropriate. Would not go back to Outback Steak House.

Food great as always however the last few visits service has been lacking, can't find a server they all make an effort not to make eye contact, food items missing and just yeah not great
