We are a contemporary, casual dining steakhouse restaurant beloved worldwide. Currently with 6 restaurants in NSW and 2 in Queensland, we are located on the Great Western Highway in Wentworthville. Overall, very happy with our dining experience tonight. We were shown our table quickly, our order and food/drinks delivered quite quickly. Food was spot on and the young lady serving was very friendly.

Food is overpriced and not nice, steak tasted weird like it wasn’t fresh. The mash was rock solid, and the pear salad had one strip of pear. So noisy and staff are clueless the girl who brought our food said steak sandwich but was holding a chicken sandwich.

As usual the food was excellent but unfortunately not enough care was made concerning the placing of the steak on the right plate - I was given my friends meat with my side and he was given my meat with his side. This won’t stop me eating there again though because one off errors happen (we realised the mistake half way through, and swapped meats) and I’m Not holding a grudge over it.

After being seated, we sought assistance to order drinks as no one had approached us since being seated. After ordering our food it came out in a fairly good time frame, however one of the cheesy chips had no dipping sauce. 1 of the gravies were COLD, not even room temp. One of the meals came without it's 2 sides, which we had to follow up, & once they arrived, they weren't right & most of the group had finished eating. The whole time, there was no offering of further drinks or any other contact from staff. The place seemed busy, despite there being ALOT of vacant tables, staff seemed frazzled & in a rush. The whole experience was very average.

Bloomin Onion burnt. Steak ok but a bit chewy and unevenly cooked. Margaritas way too sour. Chips perfectly crunchy and seasoned. Service very friendly and quick. We booked based on the prices on the website but were increased in the restaurant.
