Paco Tapas brings the essence of Andalusia to Bristol, offering a vibrant tapas experience. Named after chef Peter Sanchez-Iglesias’ father, Paco, who is from Seville, the restaurant is deeply rooted in Spanish tradition and family heritage. Located by the Bathurst Basin, Paco Tapas captures the lively spirit of a true Andalusian tapas bar, with dark walls, exposed brick, and sherry barrel tables creating the perfect atmosphere for sharing plates with friends and family.
Our menu features a selection of classic and seasonal tapas dishes made with the finest ingredients, including boquerones, croquetas de jamon, and the signature quail stuffed with sobrasada and dates.
