   Service was exceptional by Veronica Luga!! Very busy night for her. Food was wonderful and served beautiful. Music was a little too loud for us old folks plus talking at 3 large parties made it hard to hear each other. Overall a pleasant evening.

   I had the Gnocchi, my wife had the steak. The steak was awful… cooked with the strongest Gorgonzola cheese known to man. It made the steak taste like a foot. My food was good though!

   The food was very disappointing. My wife and friends had to have their food reheated. Although the manager did reduce the price of the meal .The poor quality of the food presentation took away from the dining experience.Would not recommend.

   The atmosphere is nice but very loud. The food was just so so. While it is priced as a high end restaurant the food does not reach that bar. The chicken parm was dry with very little sauce. The service was slow and when the wrong drinks were brought to the table our server was nowhere to be found. We did reach out to another server who immediately addressed the issue. There are so many better options nearby.

   We really enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Palio. Veronica was spectacular. My husband and I don’t drink, but she gave us great mocktail recommendations. Our appetizers were delicious (arancini and zucchini flowers), and we both had risotto; my seafood risotto was a bit salty, but still good. Dessert was also delish (tiramisu), although the portion was way smaller than we expected. We received this complimentary dining experience thanks to an Instagram giveaway. If that had not been the case, I don’t think we would have dined here just because it is VERY expensive. With that being said, it was still delicious, so if it’s in your price range, definitely check it out if you’re staying at the hotel.
