Join us at Palma Kitchen + Tap as Chef Bryan Hulihee and his culinary team prepare fresh farm-to-table entrees that will that make you smile. The upscale design gives you a warm and comfortable feeling that easily transports you to Europe. The open layout design segues elegantly to the outdoors, offering diners the opportunity for casual intimate evenings under the palms. It’s this emotional connection and the feeling of being on vacation that led us to explore new names for our restaurant. And Palma Kitchen + Tap was the clear winner.

Palma Kitchen & Tap welcomes Trilogy Members and public guests. Please note that after 8pm, there may be no Encanterra gate attendant. Please call us at 480.677.8060 for entry.

Then, explore our brunch selections, including baked mahi, a fresh vegetable medley, rosemary-roasted potatoes, and an assortment of warm, artisan breads with whipped butter. For a true feast, visit our action stations, where our chefs will be carving honey-glazed ham and tender beef tenderloin with au jus and horseradish, alongside a chef-led omelet station preparing made-to-order creations.     Her waiter, Babu kept getting lost. We would have to ask someone to find him so we could order another glass of wine. He was very friendly, however. Kim Childers, the manager is amazing. She found us a lovely table by the window and we had a very enjoyable evening.

    Got seated per my reservation … we sat right next to the checkin counter so it was kinda loud throughout our meal JoJo was our server and she was excellent - keeping our water full, always checking in on us, friendly, sweet Food was excellent, we weren’t rushed … A+

    nice evening on the patio. enjoyed a late dinner. its amazing, a 55+ community and there are kids running around the patio, in between tables, screaming. back to the meal, food and service was good. all had something different and everyone enjoyed their meal.
