Engulfed in a nursery of palm trees, Palma is your own private gathering in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. At Palma, you’ll find no judgements, preferences, or labels - just damn good food, killer energy, and the constant beat of great music. Retreat to the palms and release your inner worries and daily stresses. Come as you are, let’s laugh by the fire and cheers to the good times.

We accept a limited number of reservations for parties of up to 6 for indoor and outdoor dining. We do not accept reservations for our firepits or lounge areas at this time! The rest of our seating is available for walk-in parties. Please respect a 2-hour dining limit given our limited space.

Best thing on the menu is the curry fries. Sushi rolls are so so, nam nom noodles was mostly vegetables and very little noodles, loaded guacamole had too much raw onion, queso was watery, popcorn chicken was too heavily breaded and dry.

The worst food and service of all time. No joke. Martinis were returned, food was cold and tasteless. Beer cam out warm. Horrible experience.

Our server Lauren was really great! Was there w/ 4 friends for happy hour to celebrate my birthday. Fantastic happy hour deals & small bites! Would definitely recommend this spot and can’t wait to come back!

We thought this was going to become our spot, but after last night we are cancelling our next reservation we had for March. The service was horrible, clearly there wasn't enough staff, the expediting was badly off and we were told that food comes out as it is prepared. Weird when you are eating with friends, waiting for everyones food. The food was mediocre at best, when the last time we were there it was excellent. It will be a while before we come back, but we will due to the ambience. Clean up your act.

My friend came to Palma to celebrate her birthday. The waiter seemed bothered by us and failed to mention that they were out of quite a few menu items so when it came time to order we had to play I guessing game of what they had and they didn’t on top of sly remarks about how we weren’t ready to order. We ended up ordering the Crab Rangoons, a sushi roll, and shrimp tacos. The food was decent for the price and I was pleasantly surprised that it came out in decent time given the service. When it came time to pay the waiter failed to spilt the check how we had requested as I wanted to treat my friend for dinner and he continued to charge her anyway. Overall the experience was mediocre but the atmosphere makes up for it. We headed over to Champang Lanes next door for a round of mini bowling and they had an identical menu and better overall vibes from staff, so if you’re looking at Palma for its menu I’d suggest just going next door.
