In order to secure your booking with us we may ask for your card details. No money will be taken from your account unless in the event of a no show or cancellation. If you do not turn up for your table there will be a £10 per person fee. If you cancel your table with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged £5 per person. Lovely food, great view of the horses. We had Rachel as a waiter who was so lovely. Service was amazing.

Food is far too expensive for what you get. Got my order wrong so had to be sent back and while the rest of the table ate I had nothing for about 7 minutes

Palominos has become no more than a large,noisy pub. When we arrived we couldn't even get a seat and had to stand at a very busy bar for a pre dinner drink. The food was good and the staff were working hard. However when we asked them to order a taxi they refused. We won't be back.

We went as a large table of 11 and could not fault the service or the food. Always checking if we needed more drinks and that we were happy. Didn't wait long between starters and mains. Love this restaurant for food and value for money

Great service from Ross from the minuute we enetered the restaurant. The food was lovely and the ambience was great.

I come for dinner often and it’s always great. Food is lovely, and it’s a nice cosy vibe. Only issue I usually have is that the waiting staff don’t seem to have designated areas to attend to and so we usually get asked by like 4 different people if we are ready to order / if our food is okay etc. Thought I was going for breakfast today though as there’s a breakfast menu online, but we were told they don’t do breakfast at the weekends which is mental to me. Left without food.

We ordered our desserts and 25mins later, one hadn’t arrived and we just cancelled it. We were told on two occasions it was coming from the kitchen, however when it never arrived, we just cancelled it.
