    I was really excited to have my 50th birthday party at a Brazilian steakhouse like this. I had done my research and looked and saw that this was the best option for me. When we got there, the place wasn’t really that busy at 5:30 PM, but one of the staff (Phillip?) rudely behaved and told me to get out of the way as I was greeting my guests for the party. I was so put off by his behavior, and insulted, I tried to discreetly confront him but he was indignant and insulting. This ruined the entire experience for me and my party, but we proceeded on. The food was very limited as well, I was not impressed with the variety that I thought they would have. I’ve been to many Brazilian steakhouses, and this seemed scant and had a paucity of variety. I was a very disappointed, although what they did bring out was quite delicious. Our actual waitress was very attentive and polite and kind, so I can’t blame her. But at the end of it all, the disgracefully bad behavior by one of their wait staff completely felt like it ruined this experience. I don’t think anybody should have to have that happen, and quite frankly, I will never go back to this place and never recommend it to anyone. There are many other Brazilian steakhouses, why go to one that treats you so poorly and ruins your entire experience. I even tried at the end to talk to him again, but received the same behavior and our conversation did not go well because I was quite angry about it. He suggested I talk to the owner who was there, and when I did, I really got nothing but some platitudes and a smile. They seem to have no concern for customer care, they don’t seem to be concerned at all that I was treated poorly, especially on my birthday! Never again.

    I don't believe this restaurant will be open for long. This is the worst Brazilian steak house that I've been to. I've dined at Pampas in Las Vegas and the quality of the food, and choices available were significantly better. The local competition in Roseville would be the restaurant of choice is you're looking for this style of food. The options at the cold bar were so bad, I told my husband we're not staying. The selection was poor, not many choices. Foods that are listed on the website were not actually there. Were was the Brazilian Vinaigrette? There was a sign that said "Roasted Tomatoes" but they were old regular sliced tomatoes. So false advertising as well? Nothing looked fresh. Everything looked like it had been sitting out all day, or days. The restaurant only opens at 5pm and we arrived at 7:45...I'm not sure why everything looked awful. I hate to leave a negative review but I will never some back here. Glad we didn't waste our money.

    The food was good , the service awful - waiting 15 minutes for a cocktail and the bar was empty was sad . The staff were not friendly or attentive. An expensive non experience.

    Over salted and overcooked meat. Good service. Salad bar was terrible. Crème Brûlée burnt as hell but still sent out.

    Our server, Ian was wonderful. We arrived at 6:30 for a 7pm reservation and were seating immediately. We enjoyed the ambiance. The buffet was nice but limited from other steakhouses I’ve been to. The meats were a bit salty, which was unexpected. The servers were a bit slow bringing around the meats. We specifically asked for items but they were extremely delayed and we had to ask for them multiple times.

    I booked a reservation for my birthday three weeks in advance for 7:45pm as the actual website says the restaurant closes at 9pm. The day of the reservation at about 5pm I received a phone call telling me that they close at 8pm. When I asked why they didn’t notify me earlier I was told the times are on their website. However the website clearly says 9pm. So I had to move the reservation to 6:30pm and four of my guests couldn’t make it because of the last minute time change. Very unprofessional….. The food was good and the waiters were nice but the point is if someone booked in advance you’d think they’d have the common courtesy to inform you ahead of time to move the reservation and not call you at 5pm the day of…..

    Had a great experience at Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse. Was able to make a last minute reservation for 11. Service was amazing. Every single person working was attentive, helpful and super pleasant. The food was plentiful and very tasty. I didn't even ask about any specials for the evening but when it came time to pay, they included specials and discounts on my final bill, can't beat that

    My mind was blown when I went to the Vacaville location and had high expectations after eating at Galpo Gaucho in Roseville considering the price point. Wasn’t wowed by the salad bar/ hot food station like the Vacaville location or Galpo Gaucho. After we sat and grabbed our salad bar stuff, the waiters never came by with the cooked food! The host came by to check on us and asked “where’s the beef?” They started coming over shortly, but we were toward the end of the room, there were other big tables and they didn’t have as many waiters. Food came out slow, but everything that came out was excellent. My biggest complaint is the slow service compared to the other spots if you are paying $80 per head. I’ll definitely be back, hope they step their game up.
