                    Fabulous dining experience. Found out that the owners are at the restaurant every night managing the details, and it clearly shows. Might be the finest dining establishment in Aspen.

                    Excellent food as always. Fries are a must. Server was delightful and engaging. Somm very helpful as was his assistant. It’s on our list for next time.

                    Been here several times. Absolutely fabulous experience. I highly recommend the elk, but all is really good. Lovely staff. Very accommodating top favorite Aspen

                    We went to PARC for my son’s 26th birthday/Valentines Day. He and his girlfriend said it is the best meal they have had in Aspen! Bravo! The menu doesn’t reflect the elegant preparation and presentation of each course. You will be pleasantly surprised with every bite. Our salads had the perfect balance between tangy and sweet with lots of interesting textures that melded together well. I wish the salads were bigger. We had the beef tenderloin and the salmon which were cooked to perfection. The sauces and sides added flavor and details usually found at gourmet establishments. The homemade ice cream is smooth and flavorful without the bits of ice found in some less experienced makers. I tried my son’s bourbon sauce on my brown butter ice cream. It was delicious. At the end of the meal we were presented with some homemade jellies and chocolate covered strawberries. Yum yum. We will be back!

                    Maryanne, Harley, Mark Connell, Jonathan Pullis and team made sure our corporate client event with 80 people was perfection! The ambiance, food and service were all 5 stars and my colleagues and clients had nothing but amazing things to say. Of course I had to go dine one last time before I left Aspen after the work event, it’s too special of a place!
