We sat in the bar and enjoyed seeing the world go by outside. Next time we look forward to eating in the dining room. Both spaces are beautiful. The French 75 and our food was excellent: shrimp cocktail, French onion soup, Caesar salad, and beef bourguignon. Perfect for a cold night. Highly recommend!

The site for the nee Paris Bar has had a number of failed restaurants since the hotel opened. Finally, this is the one that should last. We live around the corner This is our thirrd time since the reopening under Fireman ownership. It has improved each time. The food for lunch was fantastic. The club sandwiches, the croque, the omelette were all as good as they get. Saw the onion soup most others ordered and will try it soon. With 4 fireman restaurants in the area, we are blessed. Along with the new Acadia across the street, we have two of the best new resturants in midtown. Hope they a huge success.

This was a great choice for a festive occasion. The food was good, the service attentive, the ambiance cheerful, and most of all, you could hear your dinner companion. It was not that horrible high noise level that is so disturbing. We will definitely return.

Delicious food, attentive and professional service in a beautiful, comfortable setting. We were four at dinner, each had a different main course, and all four were excellent. Highly recommend trying this new place with a great French bistro menu!

We had an excellent evening at the Paris Bar, and although the Foie Gras was unfortunately missing, the other dishes were delicious. The waiters were very attentive and met all our requests. I highly recommend it!

Our waiter was great, however the food was tasteless. We had Lamb and Salmon. The bar staff did not prepare Kit Royale properly.

We had a a wonderful Christmas Eve lunch. The restaurant is terrific. The food is delicious. My guest had the. Salmon Wellington, which she loved . I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s very well run very well staffed and a very comfortable place for a good meal.

It was our first experience at Paris Bar. The place is charming and quiet. Nice ambience. It would be important to offer a variety of desserts (there was only one optinon)
