ノースデンバーのParisiの下の階に位置するFirenze a Tavola（フィレンツェ・ア・タボラ）は、「あなたのテーブルのフィレンツェ」という意味です。Firenze a Tavolaでは、季節のメニューとともにボリュームのある本格的なトスカーナ料理やフィレンツェ料理を再現しています。イタリア産の高級ワイン数種類を含む特選のワインリストを用意しています。特定の水曜の夜に近所の人たちが家族のように一緒に食事をする特別なイベント「コミュニティテーブル」を開催しています。コミュニティテーブルでは、マルチコース、コース料理を楽しめます。伝統的な食事の予約は水曜から土曜の17:30から可能です。下の階はプライベートなイベントにも対応しています。下の階の専用ダイニングルームは26名まで収容でき、お客様の要望に合わせたイベントも可能です。ダイニングルーム全体は55名以上収容できます。ノースデンバーで最も本格的なトスカーナを体験しにぜひお越しください。

                          Still getting their legs underneath them. The shrimp salad was a bit disappointing, the shrimp were limp, and the salad was nothing more that celery and carrot sticks with a little fruit mixed in. The risotto was absolutely fabulous. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was very good, but unevenly cooked: about half of the steak was cooked to our order of medium rare, the other half was overcooked. Our server was new and a little overwhelmed. Can’t wait until they get the kinks worked out - one of our favorite Italian restaurants!

                          Between my wife & I, we split the Zuppe (soup), which was 2 small bowls, so perfect. Round two, we chose the Gnudi di Ricotta e Spinaci (balls of ricotta and spinach in an olive oil), delicious! And we finished by splitting the Pollo Cacciatore (herbed chicken w truffle mashed potatoes), excellent. Anna Maria suggested a delicious bottle of Malbec, from Mendoza. I highly recommend dining at Sotto!

                          We’ve been Parisi fans for years. Couldn’t have been more excited to try Sotto. The ambience of the place is fantastic but that’s where the positives end. Absolutely no value to be found here. For two people with appetizers, entrees, wine, and dessert. You’re looking at $250 for a limited menu. All the portions are small. Worse than that every piece of meat and fish was dried out. Really disappointing. Do yourself a favor and go to the far superior Parisi upstairs.

                          We were delighted to dine at Parisi Sotto. We had dined many times at our favorite Italian restaurant, Firenze a Tavola, practically since it opened in 2006. Sadly, during the pandemic, Firenze struggled and finally had to close “temporarily”. We were excited last night to dine again in the cosy, romantic basement of the Parisi Pizza, now renamed Parisi Sotto. The dining atmosphere was wonderful with murals of cities in Italy, comfortable tables and soft music. The staff was terrific. Anamaria and Gennaro were very attentive. The dinner was excellent. We began with a bottle of Valpolichella and the bread basket assortment. We then shared the Panzanella di Farro con Burrataas, as a combination appetizer and salad. The burrata was creamy and delicious, and the faro salad was fresh and tasty with the the oil and vinegar dressing. Then we shared the Grigliata Mista for 2, a classic grilled meat dish served with grilled sausages, pork ribs & sirloin steak, accompanied by potato croquettes and sautéed garlic & dandelion greens. They were all well seasoned and delicious. It was quite a bit of food and we brought some home to enjoy at home for lunch! It was a delightful evening and will return often.
