Park is a backcountry lodge-inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Gather 'round for campfire-inspired cuisine and wood-fired rotisserie specialties paired with our award-winning small-batch spirits distilled in-house. We are the only distillery located in a Canadian National Park so don't miss our free daily distillery tours for an exclusive look into our boutique distillery, where we hand-mill, hand-mash and hand-distill to preserve the purity of our ingredients. Our spirits are like no other in the world, because there is no other place in the world like Banff.

    とても混雑した時間でしたが、予約てお願いした通り窓際のお席を用意してくださり家族で外を眺めながら楽しく食事をすることがでしました！あいにく歩行者天国も終わっていたので少し雰囲気は違ったけれど素晴らしい時間でした。 ありがとうございました！

    Specifically asked for a table upstairs on the reservation - they did not accommodate. Did not read any of the reservation notes clearly. Food is very so-so, not terrible, and it is good, but very overpriced in my opinion, even for Banff. For a half rack of ribs it was $33, which did not include a side, and then $12 for the side Mac and Cheese, which is ridiculously small. Again, food was good, but extremely overpriced. Service here is also always very slow, have been 4 times now to this location and service always has been slow, because it is a busy place. This is not a stab at the service workers, they are very busy and very kind when they do get to you, just perhaps they need more staff. Unlikely that I will go back again at this point, maybe in a few years I will try again, but each time I’ve been, it’s less enjoyable than the last.

    Our server, Danny, was fantastic. Everyone was so kind and everything was fantastic! Recommend a reservation as they run a well oiled place!! Totally worth it!! Food, drinks, and atmosphere!

    We had a great lunch with a terrific atmosphere and the service provided was excellent. Their Park Burger was one of the best tasting burgers I've had in awhile. The noise level is energetic, mostly due to happy customers enjoying themselves.

    We sat for a table of 9 at 7pm, service was incredibly slow. Drinks took upwards of 20 minutes to arrive and servers seemed untrained in both etiquette and communication. On the other hand, the food was incredibly delicious, palatable and creative. The one downfall was the half chicken came out half burnt. The cocktails were well crafted using PARK ingredients and looked beautiful as well. Overall this was a good experience, the restaurant was beautiful inside and the ambience was nice, except for the high level of noise during the busy service. Would go again, but probably not during that time of night.

    My daughter chose Porch while I was visiting Calgary knowing that I am a foodie and love local, fresh and unique dishes. This checked it all off! The ambience was amazing, our service was outstanding, and the food, was beyond my expectations! We had the special tuna tataki to start, and then shared the duck and braised short rib. The braised short rib neither of us wanted it to be done, it was incredibly tender, the gravy was an umami bomb of rich yet mouth-watering flavours and it had jalapeno rings that emphasized the taste even more! The server then brought us the hazelnut dulce to share and it was decadent! Not overly sweet, but melt in your mouth deliciousness! I also had their version of a whiskey sour and I think I am now spoiled for the smooth and somewhat floral taste of their version! I cannot wait to return to Calgary just to come back to Porch! ...and to visit my daughter of course! :)

    I had the tin foil trout and the inversion sour. It was delicious. The ambience is great. The music is not too loud, which is a plus for me. I’d come back.
