   The service was very slow, and the overall experience was disappointing. The food was average, and the staff were not attentive. I had to wait 10 minutes just to receive a menu and another 20 minutes to pay.

   Absolutely awful. Zero customer service. Barely any waiters were serving and food service was really really slow. Food came cold and items were missing. Had to tell waiter multiple times that they’ve forgotten items from our order. The meat was awful in the burgers. Most popular food items out of stock too and very limited food menu. Very very overpriced. Especially compared to the Dubai branch. Not the same as the Dubai branch at all. Absolutely awful. No words to describe how bad this Parkers is. Should have never opened in the first place. Absolutely ruined my New Year’s Eve meal. Told manager that our food items were missing and there was no point making them anymore as our current food was already finished. Even then there was no compensation made such as a discount off the bill or missing items free of charge.

   Overrated, overpriced food with Mayfair rates. Portion sizes don't reflect the pricing. I felt £30 for beef steak sandwich with a few thin slices of steak was just unacceptable. Food in Dubai branch was much better and I found the service to be cold in London. Also when we arrived we were told 3 of their of highly recommended chicken dishes were unavailable which was quite disappointing . I would think a restaurant of this standard can take the initiative to call up and inform their customers if some of their best sellers are unavailable. Assuming the customer will order something else is just poor service. Overall not worth the monies and there are better places for much better food. If you do want to visit stick to their instagrammable viral cakes but avoid the food.

   We were looking forward to Parker the most this trip however once we were sat down we got told they don't have most of the products on the menu and Matilda cake (what people really come for) will take an hour to make, which eventually became 3 hours! The hot like pasta was just pasta in tomato soup! The fried mac n cheese balls were over fried. Alfredo pasta was nothing special and when the cake did arrive eventually it was not presented how they they show it on social media!! People should avoid this place as it's nothing like the one in Dubai, which I have visited several times.

   The quality of food is amazing, we ordered the truffle pasta and Matilda cake - both are perfect for sharing! The cake was delightful and incredible quality. If you’re too full to eat the whole thing, it can also be boxed up for the journey home. Huge thanks to Jager who served us and was very friendly/welcoming.

   We came for the Matilda Cake which exceeded our expectations. Moist, delicious, chocolaty and gooey. The restaurant is welcoming as are the staff. The location is easy to find in a lovely section of London. Each table ordered the Matilda Cake and oooo’s and ahhh’s were heard throughout the restaurant. Not to missed.

    The service from the moment of entering was extremely poor. Despite having a reservation I was made to wait over 30 mins. Once seated, it took them 10/15 mins to provide us with a menu qr, menu was limited and overpriced. We left the restaurant without ordering.
