Since the first Parm opened in New York City’s Little Italy in 2011, the MFG restaurant’s take on Italian-American soul food has reached iconic status. From the prized Chicken Parm to the homemade meatballs to the Rigatoni Carbone, the menu draws from the flavors that shaped chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi's culinary childhood memories. They more than met their goal of making the best versions of these recognizable dishes, while remaining faithful to their history, serving everything in a fun, familial environment.

We had good service.
But the food was poor. The pastas were over cooked and sauces were unappealing. I thought it would be more up scale but it was more like Maggiano’s. Very restaurant chain like.

Having been to Carbone and Parm in NYC, this outpost was a big disappointment. The food was meh. There were a bunch of kids running around - not what i was looking for in a nice meal out.
