Passions on the Beach at Amsterdam Manor is a destination for visitors all across the island to come and experience it’s one of a kind magical atmosphere and an ideal location for wedding parties and other special events. At Passions on the Beach, you are treated to the finest meal on Eagle Beach. Passions is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and lunch are served on the beach deck. Dinner is served on the beach. Last seating 10:00 pm

Enjoy the sun setting over the beautiful Caribbean Sea as the waves crash against the sugar sand beach making music to your ears. As it gets darker, the soft lights of tiki torches illuminate the night adding to the enchantment of your dining experience. At Passions on the Beach, guests experience an unparalleled dining experience as they savor our unique culinary dishes with an Aruba flare, savoring a glass of wine and ending their evening with a delicious dessert that can be customized to celebrate any occasion.

    We went twice. Very nice. Make sure you make reservations. It was anniversary and they provided a sparkler and took our pictures.

    Second visit and still a GREAT spot. On the beach, backlit menus, creative menu and acoustic guitar background music. Lilly’s service was exceptional! My grouper special was wonderful, DW’s black ink pasta with shrimp and octopus was amazing and so much I HAD to finish it. It is on our list to return every visit to Aruba!

    What an unforgettable way to end our final night in Aruba! From the ambiance to the food and service, everything exceeded our expectations. It was hands down the best service we've experienced on the island, and we all agreed that this spot was the highlight of our trip. It made for a truly special place to celebrate my son's birthday. Despite a heavy rainfall earlier in the day, we were pleasantly surprised to receive bug spray, ensuring a mosquito-free dinner — a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated.

    We celebrated our 60th Birthdays with Passions on the Beach, and it was one of the most wonderful and memorable dinners we have had! From being so close to the ocean, hearing the waves and the wonderful saxophonist play for us, and the ambience created, to such a delicious meal, it all was so incredibly satisfying! Thank you to your awesome waitstaff and chefs, for such a memorable experience!

    The one and only reason this review is not a five star is due to Eleanora. Every employee was above and beyond, however, sadly, our server, Eleanora was condescending and rude. The ambience is unmatched and the black linguine exceptional. If only Eleanora could have a personality transplant, it would have been perfect.

    Amazing experience dining on the beach as the sun set over the water. Very romantic experience. Food was delicious. Only thing that could have been better would have been our server checking in once our food was delivered to make sure everything was satisfactory.

    My wife and I here to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Based on last years trip we made a point of staying on Eagle Beavh and of course dining at Passions. Wonderful sunset dinner on the beach. Perfect meal and a surprise desert with a sparkler for pictures. Thank you and decided to eat here again on our last night as well

    What a view and great food. Only negative was the service. Seemed disorganized and took close to an hour for our drinks to come. They came just before our entrees arrived.
