   My wife and I came here for an impromptu date night. We didn’t really know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. We shared appetizers (burrata and octopus) and entrees (short rib and pork chops), plus two sides (Brussels sprouts and cauliflower). Everything was delicious! Our waiter was funny and also knew to stay away for the most part so we could enjoy each other’s company. Highly recommend!

   Mediocre at best. If you’re at San Francisco local do not go here. There’s so many better Italian restaurants in San Francisco less than a mile away in North Beach. You can get a better pasta. This restaurant looks like it was meant for business meetings and had no romantic setting. My husband and I went here for a date night and we were sadly disappointed. Lighting was as bright as Macy’s and food was subpar. Only thing I would recommend is the appetizers. Entrees were lacking flavor .

   Very nice restaurant to see old friends. We really appreciated that the noise level was very reasonable on a Friday night. The food was delicious!

   Excellent in all respects. One minor change is that Perbacco no longer offers smaller portions of pasta. Otherwise, all fine!

   Perbacco was excellent, as always. Lovely evening with wife and daughter in law visiting from out of town. A little noisy, even on a Thursday night. Food was great.

    Went here for our 25th wedding anniversary. Split the halibut, it was dry and bland. Apps were decent but not great. We would have thought a comped dessert for 25th anniversary would have been a nice touch, didn't happen. Not sure what the hoopla is about this place.
