Perilla is a restaurant based in Newington Green. Using humble ingredients of the highest quality, the food focuses on a modern interpretation of classical European flavours, in an informal and relaxed dining room.


Please be advised for tables of 5 or more we will only be serving our set menu (£66pp) with no a la carte. Please notify us of any dietary requirements.

    Absolutely wonderful meal to end 2024, and probably my favourite! Such a well curated menu (and super adaptable to accommodate a food intolerance) with fantastic wine pairings, and friendly staff alongside.

    Highly enjoyable lunch, really interesting flavours for the Sunday set menu especially the scotch egg. Seasoning was on point with everything being at its max of deliciousness so cannot complain. Service was great from start to finish, we found a small piece of plastic in our buratta so informed the server. They comped us some dessert which was a nice surprise. We left feeling like the place had superb hospitality, it was very relaxing and hit on all levels. Can’t wait to come back to try to tasting menu.

    Best night! The ambiance is amazing, the food is delicious and most importantly the staff are just the loveliest! Special thanks to Alex who looked after us on the table! We will be back, of course!
