Went for anniversary dinner last night. Poor restaurant design. Waiting area too small with people waiting to be seated all over one another. Too, too noisy. Tables are so close together. NO holiday decorations but a wreath which is ridiculous! Spoke to restaurant manager, Jesus, who gave me the big brush off. Only fireplaces are outside. Dumb restaurant design.

Originally made reservation for 4 in dining room had to change to 5. We were placed in outdoor patio. I voiced my concern about it being cold was told there was a fireplace and heater. Sorry it was cold. Did not enjoy our meal. Also I believe due to the holiday crowd service was not up to par. Experience will not deter me from returning as I love Perry’s

The four of us arrived 30 minutes early and we were able to be taken to our table right away. The table was delightfully set with tablecloth and table ware for any occasion. Our server, Michael, was very attentive and helpful with identifying menus choices. Wine (house brand) was ordered by the bottle and was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal from appetizer through desert. We had a wonderful time for the three- and one-half hour sitting. Never felt pressure to hurry our meals. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful.

It was our first time there. Overall, we had a great visit. We were a little surprised at how open the restaurant was, meaning it was not quaint. Tables were on top of each other, and we could hear everyone's conversations. The biggest issue was that we asked for our steaks to be done medium well. They were very rare. We didn't send them back and they were still good. But we were a little disappointed with that. The service however was very good and the wait staff very attentive. I think for the price and the lack of ambiance, we would not be back.

My experience at Perry’s definitely wasn’t what i expected at all. I made reservations for 8 pm for my birthday celebration and wasn’t seated until about 8:40pm. Then out of the 4 bathrooms in the women’s stall only 2 were working so there was a long wait to use the bathroom and i’m currently pregnant as well so that was annoying. When we were finally seated a waiter came but then it was some confusion between the waiters where they was switching or something so that took a while to order our drinks and food. We didn’t receive our food until around 10pm .. THE FOOD WAS THE ONLY THING THAT WAS AMAZING 10/10 ! The cook was amazing the food was delicious and on point. As I stated before it was my birthday celebration so one of my guest asked the waiter if they did any kind of birthday gratitude and he said yes, so he brung out some kind of dessert .. the lady across from me had a candle lit on hers so i ask for a candle and he replied and asked if anyone had a lighter. Although the dessert was beautiful I couldn’t eat it because I am allergic to peanuts. ( wasn’t asked if I had an allergy either) but whatever. I just feel like a lot of careless actions was taken when it came to the customer service at Perry’s. Yes the food should be amazing but the customer service should be as well. The atmosphere was beautiful as well but the customer service was about a 4/10. Definitely would consider take out next go round.

Food was fabulous! Priced fairly young staff needs more experience in fine dining. Way too many tables , too loud. This type of dining should be more quiet and personal. The atmosphere was more of any chain restaurant instead of one of fine dining.
