Not what it used to be. Food severely overcooked, cheap quality. This is pretty much the new norm at all locations nationwide now though. Gulf coast location consistently bad like the rest of them

Our server was not attentive. We ordered the new 3 course meal. The lettuce wraps which were an upgrade, did not taste good, so we asked to exchange them for the egg rolls which was part of the course. We got them after our main course was served. I had ordered the Mongolian beef which again was an upgrade and the beef was tough, chewy and very salty. It came with green onions and no other vegetables. My wife ordered the sesame chicken which was fine. We had numerous confusion on the bill and our waiter could not figure out how to apply our loyalty, so had to involve the manager and didn't get it completely worked out. We were frustrated and not impressed with our visit.

The food runner tried to deliver our entrees to the table next to us, even when they told her it was not their order. She shrugged them off and started to put the food on their table but finally realized that it was our food when they protested again. The white rice was from the bottom of the pot and was hard and crusty and inedible. We had a cocktail, bottle of wine, appetizer and 3 entress for 2 of us. It was probably 25 cents worth of rice and they did not serve an edible portion. Our waitress did check on us but it was not worth mentioning. It should have never been served.

We had a party of 4 we did have to wait for our table service was good our server also had a party he was serving so getting back around to us was a little slow but wasn't his fault our dinner was just ok everything was why over done for my liking probably wouldn't go back I can spend 200.00 dollars for a much better meal Sorry P. F. Chang's

Had a 6:15 reservation and not seated until 6:45. Took a server 10 minutes to offer a greeting. 8 minutes later the server returned to take drink orders. Drinks were brought in seven minutes and our order was taken. 13 minutes later our appetizers arrived. Way overpriced! Lettuce wraps now $15 plus dollars and hot and sour soup was almost $13 and it barely filled four half bowls. Four minutes (YES, FOUR MINUTES) after the appetizers arrived our entrees were served. The only redeeming element to the meal was the food which did taste good. I am a frequent diner and was never asked for my phone number so my purchase could be registered. All in all, a very disappointing experience!

What made our PF Chang experience fantastic was the wait staff. Our person was Rosario. She was authentically cheerful, service-oriented and cared about our time at PF Chang. Additionally, the hostess was calm and cool during one of the busiest times. Overall, we had a great time and wonderful food. Hint: Use Open Table or call ahead for reservations. This location rocks!

The menu change is terrible. Got rid of at least 3 of my favorite items… And the new fried chicken is a joke and so expensive. Will never order it. Will not be back as often, if at all.
