P.F. Chang’s is an Asian restaurant concept founded on making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. Created in 1993 by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming, P.F. Chang’s is the first multi-unit restaurant concept in the U.S. to honour and celebrate the 2,000-year-old tradition of wok cooking as the center of the guest experience. Since inception, P.F. Chang’s chefs have been hand-rolling dim sum, hand chopping and slicing all vegetables and meats, scratch cooking every sauce and wok-cooking each dish, every day in every restaurant.

    We had gone to PFChang’s for New Year 2024 and we had a delightful server, a lovely table and great food. Apparently you can’t duplicate an experience. This year on New Year’s Eve, we had a bland server, an unremarkable table and still great food.

    I don't get the hype. Wonderful staff, however. Food was tasty enough. But i just don't get the hype.

    I usually come here for the hot and sour soup. It was off on this particular visit for which I'm leaving this review.

    Waited 45 minutes to get a drink. Basically no service the entire meal. Server finally got extra help.

    Great dining experience. Service and food were great. GM came around and asked how everything was, nice personal touch.

    Food had a fishy taste. Seemed like it was the oil they fried the food in. Both of us had sharp stomach pains and stomach issues shortly after we left. The server was great, but I won’t ever go back.

    The food tasted good but the portions were horrible almost $30 for Mongolian beef and there might have been 15 little strips of beef mixed in the greens. Very expensive .

    Dinner was ok (pork dumplings were pretty good, sesame chicken a bit too sweet and Mongolian beef a bit dry). Once we got the food, the waitress stopped checking on us and I had to flag her down after a while to get a knife and more water. She never asked how everything was tasting, going. Took forever for her to bring us our bill as well.

    Overpriced, overrated, seem more like a Ponderosa version of Chinese food. Will never go back.
