Food was really nice tables a bit close to each other which was why I got hit on the head by a waiter would of been nice to of had been offered a drink but we had to ask to move to a bigger table and nothing given to us. Music was a bit loud and took ages to get drinks and to be seated even when we had booked.

I would like to reassure you that it not intentional and I am delighted that we were able to accommodate you on a bigger table out of the crowded area. Apologies if no drink was offered. I would certainly like to rectify this and as a gesture of good will, next time you come in, I will certainly make sure you have the best experience, with a glass of prosecco on arrival. Great service from the staff, moved us tables due to being sat next to a loud group of boys. The female toilets had no working taps and there were sanitary bins knocked over and up on the side. But the food was great and the staff were very attentive. Thank you :)

The customer service from a young Portuguese lad was fantastic, very accommodating, friendly and keen to make sure our evening was enjoyable.

La comida bien, el servicio muy lento y se volvieron a equivocar en la cuenta, ahora de menos, no estaban cobrando el postre ni el digestivo

La comida muy bien. El personal de servicio en el salón comedor es insuficiente. Solamente había un capitán - mesero y dos ayudantes. Los tiempos para servir lentos, al final no llegaron una botella de agua y una bebida, mismas que incluyeron en la cuenta. El proceso de solicité la cuenta y que la corrigieran llevo más de 20 minutos y la excusa del capitán fue que él estaba solo en el salón. Algo que no es responsabilidad del cliente.
