PI.E 3.14 Everyday Eatery opened in 2014 in the Village Shops of the Castle Hills subdivision, in Lewisville, TX (near the borders of Carrollton and The Colony). Nestled in a neighborhood, but also with easy access from nearby main roads, this restaurant offers the best of both worlds - an energetic atmosphere and a comfortable local bar feeling. Co-founded by Sean Conner, one of DFW's premier mixologists (and owner of sister restaurant T.B.D. Kitchen), PIE Everyday Eatery is focused on delivering quality food and cocktails in a community setting. From creative pizzas, house made pastas, bar bites and a stunning brunch menu, PIE's offerings are centered around fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.

The floor was dirty, the waiter took forever. We have been here a couple of times but this last time you could tell something was off. I probably won't be back.

Menu with some creative dishes that were done well. Service was great. Facility is fine, but nothing special. The piped in music was way too loud so it was hard to carry on a conversation. Overall noise level had somewhat negative impact on the experience. Will go back again.

There was a delay with our food which was not mentioned by our Server until we followed up with a busboy. We sat outside in the patio and as soon as su set 3 RATS appeared and were roaming around the patio. We had to leave our table before finishing dinner because we were disgusted. The Manager was informed but didn’t appear to be too concerned. Won’t be returning to this place.

Cocktails were not made correctly. Sent them back. Pizza was cold by the time we got it. The salad didn’t have the toasted nuts on it and the pasta was cold with no flavor. We used to love this place and was very disappointed.
