Pinchy’s seafood restaurant and champagne bar is a seaside oasis in the heart of Melbourne. Inviting our guests to experience typically indulgent delectables such as lobster rolls, our new Wagyu beef burger with smoked crispy tuna bacon, we seek to make the finer flavours in life more accessible, encouraging our guests to enjoy shared dishes in a casual style.

Located in bustling Bourke Street, Pinchy’s boasts one of Melbourne’s favourite balcony bar destinations, with an insta-worthy interior to boot. So if seafood and champagne, cocktails or chablis tickles your fancy, you know where to find us.

Fancyなファミレスに似た内装を除けば、店員さんたちの感じがよく、料理も美味しくて、おすすめです。料理は少なめです。

Absolutely wonderful experience every time! The waitstaff are friendly, kind, approachable, and incredibly attentive. The food is sensational—flawless in every way. We especially love the small treats and entrées, with our favourites being the tuna tartare, tacos, kingfish, oysters, and grilled octopus. Having visited twice, we’ve been impressed by the consistency in flavours and exquisite presentation, which rival fine dining. We will definitely be back again!

Went for valentines, was extremely slow service and the building was packed to the rim at over capacity! Very very loud and uncomfortable. Food and drinks were very good which was sad :( have been to Pinchy’s before and loved it. Very expensive for a poor experience. Left before dessert was brought out and noticed others did too because it was so slow.

The Valentine Day 4 course dinner was exceptional and beautifully paired with the cocktail special. Service was personal and friendly. We dined on the balcony which had a wonderful ambiance. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful food. The Lobster roll was incredible! Can't fault the food or service with friendly staff. Delicious cocktails! Will definitely be back again.

The signature lobster roll is worth the hype! Also loved the tacos! Very cool atmosphere, actually mentioning that, the aircon was up full blast so it could done a notch.
