古き良き時代（ジャズ期）のアジアの雰囲気が漂うレストランで、温かいフィンガータオルと深みのあるヒスイのテーブル、カーテン付きの個室、細やかな気配りの利いたサービスを提供しています。アジアの美術品が飾られた店内は、独創的豊かな料理にぴったりの内装です。テーブルサイドでシェイクされる酒マティーニをはじめ、蒸し豚まん、ハマチのタルタル、レッド＆ゴールド・ビートサラダなどの前菜、当店スペシャルの銀だらの味噌漬け、ローストダックブレスト、マリネされたニューヨークステーキなどのメインディッシュ、ココナッツ・クリームブリュレや、くりぬいたばかりの新鮮なココナッツにチョコレートがけのマカロンを添えたデザートなどを用意しています。2006年には、フォーダー誌のエディターズ・チョイス賞（世界のトップ10）を受賞しています。

Beautiful restaurant. Service was good. I ordered the braised lamb shank, it came out cold and not much flavor, it was a a disappointing dish. My husband had the bison and it was delicious. I also had the clams appetizer, it was tasty. My husband had the romaine wedge salad- it wasn't a wedge at all, just a few large leaves of romaine- not what he expected. Your expecting a wedge. Drinks were good. Not sure if I would return due to value and many other options in Park City.

The sea bass was fabulous, as was the carpaccio appetizer. Disappointed with PCR's version of a chocolate soufflé, which was really nothing more than a cupcake sized brownie turned on its top. Not a souffle! Our server was excellent, and actually tried to steer us towards the baked alaska, which would have been a far better choice.

While the service was excellent ( Rachel) the food was mediocre. The feta appetizer was great, the potato soup was tasteless. The chicken and dumplings was equally mediocre. We were amazed at the corkage fee of $35/bottle as well. We won’t be going back when there are so many good options for restaurants in town.

Main dining room: nice atmosphere but…Rib appetizer- no flavor, some of our food served cold and had to be reheated, mediocre service, and over priced for the quality of food. We won’t be back. We may have had a different experience in the bar area. They have a different menu.

Shoshanna was a standout waitress. Cheerful, helpful, efficient. French onion soup is out of this world. Entres were perfect: sea bass and filet mignon. Background music typically tends to be a bit loud for easy conversation. The barn wood decor and chandelier that showcases the stairwell provided a nice introduction to the overall tasteful ambiance. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. (Second visit--more to come.)

Of all the places to eat on Main Street, this is one of the best! The crsipy duck with homemade pierogi and the lamb shank entrees are to die for. The service is impeccable. We enjoy the country western theme in decor and background music. It's a beautiful place with outstanding food.
