Ping Pang Pong is a Chinese restaurant located inside the Gold Coast Casino in Las Vegas. This is a critically acclaimed restaurant, having been named one of the 10 Best Chinese Restaurants in America by Travel + Leisure magazine. The dining room is styled in a unique and interesting way, as the room is circular instead of the traditional square or rectangle. There are hanging Chinese lanterns providing both light and ambiance.
Ping Pang Pong features dishes from every province in China, so guests can expect to see classic Hunan and Cantonese dishes sharing the page. Appetizers include pot stickers, vegetable spring rolls, mooshu chicken, minced squab lettuce cups and salt and pepper calamari. Under the "provincial favorites" section, diners will find regional favorites like Cantonese princess chicken, salt and pepper frog leg and braised oxtail with red wine sauce.
